(SJM) and the Macao University of Tourism (UTM) jointly introduced the “SJM Forge My Own Journey” Development Programme in 2025, with the Labour Affairs Bureau and the Education and Youth Development Bureau as supporting units.
As part of the Tokyo Art Festival series, the “2026 International Children’s Art Exhibition” opened on 16 August at the Fuchu Art Museum in Tokyo. The exhibition brings together over 120 outstanding paintings from children around the world, including 40 works from Macau.

Under the theme “Cultural Heritage, Careers Set Sail,” the 15th YAP rolled out a series of intangible cultural heritage workshops, cultural seminars, exhibition visits and study tours, to broaden participants’ cultural horizons and enhance their professional competence.

The company recently held the “22nd SJM Scholarship Award Ceremony” at the Grand Ballroom of Grand Lisboa Macau, presenting scholarships of MOP20,000 each to 36 outstanding children of employees, in recognition of their academic excellence.
The graduation ceremony of the “Youth Leadership Public Speaking Training Program 2026,” organized by the Macau Speech Professionals Association and sponsored by the Macao Foundation, was successfully held recently. It highlighted participants’ transformation after 30 hours of intensive training, bolstering efforts to develop youth professional skills and support SME digital transformation in Macau.
The 7th “Sands Shopping Carnival” recently concluded successfully, bringing together 20 social service organizations and over 100 community volunteers, including “Sands Cares Ambassadors.” The four-day fair created new opportunities for various stakeholders in Macau to collaborate, expand marketing channels and connect with the community.
