Wynn, one of Macau’s integrated resort operators, has become the only company from the region invited to join LinkedIn’s Future Ready Program, launched in Hong Kong.

The initiative, led by the global professional networking platform, aims to equip businesses and professionals with skills for the era of artificial intelligence (AI) and digital transformation.

The Future Ready Program, developed in collaboration with 14 leading organizations from core industries in Hong Kong and Macau, draws on LinkedIn’s extensive talent pool of over one billion members worldwide. It offers data-driven insights, targeted upskilling initiatives and opportunities for knowledge exchange to help businesses adapt to workforce changes, foster innovation and prepare professionals for a rapidly evolving job market.

Through the partnership, Wynn will gain access to tailored analytical reports from LinkedIn to shape its talent development and retention strategies. The program also includes exclusive events and quarterly executive roundtables, designed to help organizations anticipate shifts in job roles and skill requirements.

Wynn said its participation in the Future Ready Program would enhance its ability to attract and retain talent, while equipping its team with the skills needed to succeed in a technology-driven future.
