MGM continues to demonstrate its strong commitment to nurturing local talent by providing industry-leading platforms to support continuous learning and professional growth for its team members.

On 16 September, the company hosted the “MGM Graduation Ceremony 2025” at MGM Theater, celebrating the graduation of 2,500 team members – an important milestone in their career journeys. During the ceremony, MGM also announced the launch of three new talent development initiatives, focused on Hengqin-Macau new quality productivity, leadership enhancement and youth docent training.

The “MGM Leadership Symposium” has been upgraded into a comprehensive learning platform. With the support of the Education and Youth Development Bureau (DSEDJ), the program combines academic knowledge with industry practice. The initiative aims to equip management with insights into the latest market trends.

Meanwhile, MGM and the DSEDJ jointly launched the “MGM Youth Docent Development Program”, extending MGM’s cultural and artistic resources to local primary and secondary school students. Through practical learning experiences, students can improve public speaking skills, broaden cultural knowledge and build confidence.

In collaboration with the Labour Affairs Bureau and the Livelihood Affairs Bureau of the Guangdong-Macao In-depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin, MGM introduced the “Hengqin-Macao Cultural Tourism New Quality Productivity Training Program”. Delivered through seminars on smart tourism, technology application and other cutting-edge topics, the program encourages team members to embrace technological innovation, stay abreast of market dynamics and leverage the tourism features of both Hengqin and Macau.

Kenneth Feng, President and Executive Director of MGM China Holdings Limited, stated, “The three new programs are concrete actions that reflect our promise – they not only align with national strategies but also serve Macau’s goal of diversified development and its journey to becoming a ‘World Centre of Tourism and Leisure’. We look forward to cultivating a new generation of professional talent through these initiatives.”
