  • Melco is actively supporting this year’s National Security Education Exhibition, with colleagues attending from the first day of public opening.
  • Since 2019, nearly 1,900 Melco colleagues have visited the Exhibition in person, with online participation reaching almost 19,000.

Melco Resorts & Entertainment is taking an active part in this year’s National Security Education Exhibition, with both management and non-management colleagues attending.

On the first public opening day of the exhibition, the company’s Chief Advisor, Dr Kent Wong, led senior executives and management members to attend, demonstrating the company’s strong emphasis on national security education.

Approximately 180 colleagues and their families are expected to attend the exhibition across six dedicated sessions during its month-long run. Highlighting the company’s focus on multi-generational awareness, two sessions are specifically tailored for parent-child learning as part of Melco’s “Teaching Children Values” initiative. These visits are a core component of Melco’s “Splendors of China” national learning program, which focuses on fostering patriotism and national pride through comprehensive education.

Since 2019, Melco’s engagement with this annual National Security Education Exhibition has seen significant growth. To date, nearly 1,900 colleagues have visited the exhibition in person, with online participation figures now at almost 19,000, reflecting the company’s sustained efforts to deepen colleagues’ understanding of national security.

Reflecting on the experience, Bailey Ku, Director of Table Games, said, “Attending this year’s exhibition further clarifies how the central government’s holistic approach to security ensures our collective stability. These insights perfectly complement our ‘Splendors of China’ curriculum, giving us a modern perspective on our country’s development and our role within it, not just as beneficiary, but also as stakeholder and builder.”

The 2026 “National Security Education Exhibition,” themed “Coordinating Development and Security, Safeguarding the New Journey of the 15th Five-Year Plan,” is jointly organized by the Macao SAR Government and the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in Macao.
