- Wynn won the “2023 Integrated Resort Talent Development Best Standard Award” at the Third National Human Resource Innovation Competition awards.
- It is a testament to Wynn’s continued dedication toward promoting innovation for the service industry and cultivating talent for the future growth of the Greater Bay Area.
Wynn was honored with the “2023 Integrated Resort Talent Development Best Standard Award” at the Third National Human Resource Innovation Competition award ceremony held in Guangzhou earlier this month. This marks the second consecutive year that Wynn has achieved this distinction at the event.
Wynn stated that the award further affirms the company’s relentless efforts in “promoting innovation for the service industry and cultivating talent for the future growth of the Greater Bay Area … recognizing the success of the Wynn ‘Management Skills Program’ (MSP) in providing comprehensive and thoughtful succession planning to retain leadership talent.”
According to Wynn, the MSP is designed to advance talent development and promotion, offering a two-year leadership training program for middle management team members. Under the guidance of the Wynn Learning & Advancement Department, participants engage in a variety of fun and insightful training sessions, workshops and mentor consultations through gamified learning, enhancing personal capabilities and expanding opportunities for advancement. Participants also have the opportunity to be involved in various challenging projects, building a solid leadership foundation through practical experience, preparing them for future growth and promotion.
This initiative is an extension of the “Management Development Program” (MDP), which blends online and classroom learning, executive sharing and project work to develop senior team members with the aim of unleashing their full potential. In recognition of the successful efforts of MDP, in 2023 Wynn stood out among numerous top global corporations to be selected as one of the Top 10 Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA) companies.
The National Human Resource Innovation Competition is organized by the CCOIC Human Resource Management Commission and co-hosted by business associations and chambers of commerce in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau. It has become a well-known and authoritative event in the human resources industry. The third edition of the competition received 457 case submissions. After a thorough evaluation by the organizing committee’s expert team, 72 companies, 13 individuals and seven industrial parks were declared winners.
