The competition aims to showcase the efforts and professional skills of industry employees, providing them with an opportunity to observe, learn and exchange expertise. It also encourages innovation and continuous skill improvement, thereby enhancing the overall professional standards and quality of Macau’s integrated tourism and leisure services.
A total of 27 team members from Wynn participated, winning nine major awards. These include champion (Individual) of Chip Handling and Game Rules; Special Gold Award in Customer Service in the Gaming & Entertainment Vocational Skills Competition; Special Gold Award and The Most Efficient Award in Housekeeping; Gold Award and The Best Teamwork Award in Facilities Maintenance in the Hotel Services Vocational Skills Competition; Gold Award in F&B Western Service; and Silver Award in Chinese Culinary in the Gastronomy Vocational Skills Competition.
Wynn stated that the team’s overall outstanding performance demonstrated excellent professional skills and an indomitable team spirit, underscoring its ongoing contribution toward nurturing talent through its award-winning training and development programs.
The company emphasized its dedication to nurturing talent through its resources, industry experience and high-quality service standards.
