SJM has unveiled a reimagined and revitalized “Made in Macau” retail space at Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau.

Daisy Ho, Managing Director of SJM, remarked, “The ‘Made in Macau’ retail space reflects SJM’s commitment to contributing to the community. We believe that a premium physical retail platform allows local MSMEs to break through marketing constraints, connect directly with international visitors, broaden their business opportunities and play a vital role in Macau’s retail landscape.

“We hope ‘Made in Macau’ will not only serve as a window showcasing Macau’s creativity but also as a convergence point of tradition and innovation, allowing visitors to deeply experience the city’s heritage.”

Images and design elements of SJM’s mascot, “Sam the Rooster”, are featured throughout the space, exemplifying Macau’s originality. Dressed in an “I love Macau” outfit, the mascot welcomes guests to the relaxing retail environment.

Eight distinctive Macau brands are featured in the “Made in Macau” retail space, including Wayuu Macau, Belongs Jewelry & Art, Cloé Jewelry & Art, Forest Bath, LIANA LIFE, DR.AI, Lovely Shop and Macau Puyue.

The “Made in Macau” retail space showcases a diverse range of products that blend Macau’s charm with innovation, including handmade items, skincare, tech products and specialty souvenirs.

SJM said it remains steadfast in its commitment to strengthening collaboration with local MSMEs and driving innovative projects that contribute to Macau’s economic growth.
