MGM has launched an official licensed merchandise store for the Macau competition zone of the 15th National Games and Paralympic Games officially at MGM Macau’s Grande Praça.

Opened on 28 August, it marks the second merchandise store following the flagship store at Tap Seac Multisport Pavilion and the first to open in an integrated resort. The store will operate until year-end, offering residents and visitors enhanced convenience for purchasing merchandise.

The opening ceremony took place on 28 August, officiated by Pun Weng Kun, Director of the Preparatory Office for the Organization of the Macau Competition Zone of the 15th National Games and Paralympic Games; Kenneth Feng, President and Executive Director of MGM China Holdings Limited; Fu Si Na, Deputy Director of the Preparatory Office for the Organization of the Macau Competition Zone of the 15th National Games and Paralympic Games; Lü Liang, General Manager of China Sports International Economic and Technical Cooperation Co, Ltd; Catarina Lio, Senior Vice President of Brand Marketing of MGM; and Irene Wong, Senior Vice President of Public and Community Relations of MGM. Supported by members of the Sports Committee and numerous distinguished guests, the event was warmly received.

Positioned as the “most Instagrammable” retail destination, the newly opened store at MGM Grande Praça blends classical European aesthetics with dynamic National Games elements. Bathed in natural light, it creates a distinctive ambience, establishing itself as a fashionable new landmark for both shopping and photography.
Notably, the Macau limited edition collection debuted on opening day, featuring items such as keychains, travel water bottles, towels, document folders and postcards. Drawing inspiration from Macau’s UNESCO World Heritage landmarks, the designs ingeniously integrate National Games motifs. These collectibles not only showcase Macau’s profound historical and cultural heritage but also hold significant commemorative value.
