Wynn celebrates success of Certified Hospitality Management Program 2025

The Certified Hospitality Management Program 2025, jointly organized by Wynn and Switzerland-based Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), has recently concluded with great success. The completion of this program highlights Wynn’s steadfast commitment to driving the development of Macau’s tourism industry and promoting greater professionalization within the sector.

The program comprised three core modules – guiding participants to delve into the art of creating bespoke guest experiences, exploring the vital role of authentic human connections in modern hotel service and teaching participants to use data analytics to inform strategic business decisions.

Wynn stated that the initiative was designed to provide hotel management professionals with an inspiring and in-depth learning experience combined with forward-thinking professional training, helping participants strengthen their expertise and seize opportunities for future growth.

Recognized as the world’s leading hospitality management institution, EHL assembled an elite team of professionals and international lecturers to deliver a professional and high-quality educational experience.
