MGM has once again been recognized with seven Five-Star ratings in the newly released 2026 Forbes Travel Guide Star Rating List, spanning hotels, restaurants and spa experiences – extending a track record of excellence built over many years. Among the highlights, MGM MACAU marked a major milestone with its 11th consecutive Five-Star rating, while Tria Spa, jointly operated at MGM MACAU and MGM COTAI, earned Five-Star recognition for the seventh straight year.

On the accommodation front, Skylofts at MGM COTAI received a Five-Star rating for the fifth consecutive year. Located on the resort’s upper floors, Skylofts features distinctive loft-style duplex suites and a refined luxury aesthetic, offering highly personalized hospitality and sweeping views. Also a five-time Five-Star recipient, Emerald Tower is known for its design and cultural elegance; its lobby – finished in emerald and ivory marble – reinforces the property’s positioning as an art-focused hotel experience.

In dining, Five Foot Road at MGM COTAI, renowned for its elevated Sichuan culinary craftsmanship, was once again awarded Five-Star status. Through the depth, layering and techniques of classic Sichuan flavors, it guides guests through the cuisine’s signature diversity of “a hundred dishes, a hundred tastes”. Meanwhile, Imperial Court at MGM MACAU, inspired by the culinary traditions of the Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan and Hakka regions, also secured a Five-Star rating, further strengthening its position as the resort’s flagship Chinese dining destination.

As for facilities and non-gaming offerings, MGM MACAU has retained its Five-Star rating for 11 consecutive years. The resort features the European-inspired Grande Praça, signature restaurants and bars, and the nearly 2,000-square-meter POLY MGM MUSEUM. Built in accordance with Chinese national standards for the exhibition of Grade-One cultural relics, the museum has become a cultural option for visitors and local residents alike.

In wellness, Tria Spa at both properties has earned Five-Star ratings for seven consecutive years. Following a comprehensive upgrade, Tria at MGM MACAU now exclusively offers Macau’s only Hyperbaric Hydrogen Oxygen Capsule therapy, along with WATSU Pool therapy treatment and related hydrotherapy experiences, highlighting a wellness concept that integrates spa technique with holistic health-focused care.
