It encourages young people to strengthen their sense of social responsibility through participation in voluntary work, cultivate community youth leaders, and develop voluntary service for the community.
The association has always adhered to its purpose of cultivating youth development, developing their potential, and training and drawing more young people to participate in volunteer services. It also voices out young people’s concern and responsibilities to society through taking practical steps. It acts as a platform for young people to develop their strengths and establish a harmonious relationship through mutual care, assistance and friendship.

The association is committed to providing a platform for local youth to participate in social services, strengthening their sense of social responsibility, cultivating young leaders, and developing community services a non-profit organization.
