Wynn Palace’s Chef Tam’s Seasons and Executive Chef Tam Kwok Fung honored at the BAZAAR Taste Elite 2025 Awards

The winners of the BAZAAR Taste Elite 2025 awards, organized by Harper’s BAZAAR HK, were recently unveiled, celebrating the 2025 honorees from Macau. Wynn Palace’s Cantonese restaurant, Chef Tam’s Seasons, earned a spot on the prestigious “BAZAAR Taste Elite 10 | MACAO” list, while its Executive Chef, Tam Kwok Fung, was named “Chef of the Year”. Notably, Chef Tam is the only chef in Macau to receive this esteemed accolade in 2025.

Since its opening in 2023, Chef Tam’s Seasons has gained widespread acclaim in the culinary world. The restaurant has been featured in the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong & Macau and the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide, and it remains the sole restaurant in Macau to be listed among Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants. These accolades firmly establish its position as a leader in the industry.

The newly introduced “Chef of the Year” award recognizes exceptional culinary talent in Macau, and Chef Tam’s remarkable achievements set him apart. With over four decades of experience, he has mastered the art of traditional Cantonese cuisine while infusing it with innovative elements, breathing new life into the culinary craft.

For the BAZAAR Taste Elite 2025 awards, Harper’s BAZAAR HK selected over 40 exceptional restaurants from Hong Kong and Macau, evaluating them on criteria such as ingredient quality, mastery of flavors and techniques, creativity, value for money and consistency.

Wynn stated that this recognition not only underscores its commitment to delivering world-class dining experiences but also reflects its dedication to establishing Macau as a “Creative City of Gastronomy”.
