A delegation of more than 40 faculty members and MBA students from Tsinghua University visited Wynn Palace for an educational and networking event aimed at broadening their horizons and enhancing their understanding of corporate operations and heritage revitalization initiatives.
The delegation was warmly received by Linda Chen, President and Vice Chairman of Wynn Macau Limited, along with several senior executives. Wynn arranged in-depth discussions between the delegation and senior management, covering topics such as corporate development strategies, marketing initiatives, human resource management and corporate culture.
Students gained valuable insights into the operational details of Wynn Palace, while also experiencing the resort’s distinctive cultural atmosphere and exceptional five-star hospitality firsthand.
Additionally, the delegation visited Rua da Felicidade, the first community revitalization project jointly developed by Wynn and the Macau government. The visit allowed students to experience Macau’s rich historical and cultural heritage, providing them with an intuitive and comprehensive understanding of community revitalization efforts.
The Tsinghua delegation expressed high appreciation for the event, highlighting its positive impact on their academic and professional development. The activity not only provided valuable insights into corporate operations and cultural projects but also fostered stronger dialogue and collaboration between Wynn and Tsinghua University.
Furthermore, an 18-member delegation of entrepreneurial alumni from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics also visited Wynn Palace, exploring its frontline operations, luxurious guest rooms and upscale dining facilities. The visit allowed the entrepreneurs to gain insights into Wynn’s advanced management practices and talent cultivation strategies while personally experiencing Wynn’s unique tourism offerings. The event aimed to further promote cultural and tourism exchanges between Jiangxi Province and Macau.
