The ballet-inspired show The Adventures of ALICE @ Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau, presented by SJM Resorts, S.A., has received an enthusiastic response since its debut in spring. A new season of performances will return this summer to continue delighting audiences.

This season features talented ballerinas from Macau, the Greater Bay Area and overseas, reflecting SJM’s commitment to offering a professional platform for young dancers. SJM provides an opportunity for local talent to collaborate and grow with a leading international team, fostering creative exchange and developing technical skills. Four local Macau ballerinas join the residency this season, giving them invaluable stage time and mentorship within a world-class production environment.
The production continues with choreography and direction by Septime Webre, the internationally renowned Ballet Artistic Director and Choreographer known for reimagining classics with a contemporary flair. It also features guidance by Ballet Master Wei Wei, an original score by Hong Kong composer Ng Cheuk-yin, innovative lighting by lighting designer Mak Kwok Fai and costumes by Cirque du Soleil’s Liz Vandal. Performed by professionally trained ballerinas selected through open auditions, the show unfolds in- the-round at the Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau’s custom-built 360-degree Atrium Stage.

Audiences can join “Alice’s Fantasy Parade” after the show, where beloved characters interact with guests throughout the resort. Guests can also join “Wander at Wonderland” to redeem the “Alice-themed photo booth experience” by completing a few simple steps.
The “Alice’s Dream Wonderland” and “Alice’s Enchanted Garden” installations offer enchanting photo opportunities. A “Sand Painting Candle Workshop” on 13 July at GLP Arte also allows children to design Alice-inspired candles.
The performances will run from 5 July to 31 August every Thursday to Sunday (except 28 and 29 August), with showtimes at 2:30pm and 5pm.
