Guided by the desire to be a responsible employer, Sands China has held its “Happy 360 Month” for five consecutive years, offering a variety of roadshows and workshops aimed at creating a warm workplace environment and helping employees develop a positive mindset, relax and unwind.
“Happy 360 Month” adopts the 5S Model – Self-Questioning, Stopping Negative Thinking, Self Pep-Talk, Shuffling Your Thoughts and Staying Attentive to Body Responses – to deliver health seminars, classes, exercise sessions, physical and mental health consultations, happiness index assessments, interactive game booths and other activities designed to help team members establish a positive mindset and build a happy, thriving workplace.
The “Happy 360 Month” activities took place from 9 June to 3 July at The Venetian Macao, The Parisian Macao, The Londoner Macao and Sands Macao. It saw 16 roadshows and six workshops and lectures held to enhance the overall physical and mental well-being of employees.
Since 2021, “Happy 360 Month” has seen more than 200 events organized, attracting more than 38,000 participants.
Sands China said it hopes to encourage employees to cultivate a positive mindset, enrich their life experiences and promote family harmony through this initiative. Additionally, the company noted that it collaborates with organizations across various sectors to promote mental and physical well-being from multiple perspectives, advocate the importance of positive emotional management and further refine the employee support system.
