In response to rising demand for flexible, technology-driven event venues, MGM hosted the “2026 MGM Events and Celebrations Open House” from 24 to 26 April at MGM MACAU and MGM COTAI, presenting an immersive showcase of the two properties’ versatile and scalable venue solutions.
During the event, more than 21 banquet and event service partners were on site, providing one-stop support and professional consultations, underscoring MGM’s strong resource integration capabilities and leadership within the MICE industry.
“Fantasy Box,” a brand-new multifunctional venue at MGM MACAU, made its public debut, offering industry professionals and the public an in-depth look at its facilities and outstanding versatility. Spanning approximately 1,000 square meters, the venue features a three-sided ultra-high-definition LED display totaling 500 square meters and standing seven meters high, complemented by theater-grade audiovisual systems and adaptable seating configurations, accommodating nearly 800 guests.
With a highly flexible layout, Fantasy Box can be configured for a wide range of event formats, including banquets, corporate events, conferences, forums, product launches and customized celebrations, reflecting MGM’s continued investment in upgraded facilities to support personalized and immersive experiences.
Across the three-day showcase, MGM MACAU explored themes such as mystery, contemporary Chinese aesthetics and whimsical romance, while MGM COTAI drew inspiration from dreamscapes and aurora to create visually striking, immersive settings. The H1 robot from MGM’s resident show Macau 2049 would also appear to welcome guests and add a standout moment.
Free consultations cover venue planning, themed decoration, customized catering, wedding jewelry, styling and live entertainment. Guests can also join experiential workshops, including cookie making, floral design and fragrance creation, engaging with the finer details that bring memorable celebrations to life.
