Under the theme “One Team, One Goal, Together We Glow,” the event recognized team members who have grown alongside the company over the years while celebrating the 15th anniversary of the opening of Galaxy Macau, its flagship integrated resort.

He said, “Today marks the 15th anniversary of the opening of Galaxy Macau. Nearly half of our team members have been with the company for more than 10 years, while many have served for over 15 or even 20 years. This long-standing dedication bears witness to the growth of many team members alongside GEG, and reflects the deep trust and strong sense of belonging within our team.”

Lui added, “GEG has always regarded its team members as its most valuable asset. The cohesion built through their dedication and hard work has become one of the key cornerstones of the company’s steady and successful development. We have consistently supported local employment and, through a comprehensive talent development and training system, strive to enhance our team’s professional standards and international perspectives, while promoting both upward and lateral mobility to build a competitive talent team.”

The chairman highlighted how Galaxy Macau has received multiple international recognitions over the years, including being named the “Integrated Resort with the Most Forbes Five-Star Hotels in the World” for consecutive years.
