Prestigious Wynn dining establishments Chef Tam’s Seasons, Mizumi and Wing Lei have all garnered multiple distinguished honors in March, including a collective five Michelin stars in the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong Macau 2024. Chef Tam’s Seasons, founded by Executive Chef Tam Kwok Fung, secured a Michelin star less than a year after its opening. The renowned Cantonese restaurant Wing Lei was once again honored with two Michelin stars, marking 15 consecutive years of Michelin recognition. Mizumi continued its status as the only Japanese restaurant in Macau to be awarded two Michelin stars, making it nine consecutive years of achieving MICHELIN recognition.
Mr Frederic Luvisutto, Chief Operating Officer of Wynn Macau, Limited, said, “We are honored that our new concept restaurant at Wynn Palace – Chef Tam’s Seasons – received its first Michelin star this year. We are also very pleased that Wing Lei and Mizumi at Wynn Macau continue to receive the great two stars recognition from the Michelin Guide. All these awards are a testament to the very talented culinary teams of Wynn who go above and beyond each day to create exceptional dining experiences for our guests.”
Luvisutto added that Wynn will continue to elevate standards to play its role in developing Macau as a “Creative City of Gastronomy” and enhance the city’s status as a “World Center of Tourism and Leisure”.
Just three days before the Michelin Guide announcement, Chef Tam’s Seasons, Mizumi and Wing Lei were also ranked in the South China Morning Post’s “100 Top Tables 2024”. In addition, Golden Flower also made it onto the list of best restaurants, marking the twelfth year the restaurant has received this honor.
