Galaxy Macau secures 14 “Travel + Leisure” 2024 Asia Pacific Luxury Awards

  • Galaxy Macau’s properties and hotel management teams topped four major categories of the “Travel + Leisure” Luxury Awards Asia Pacific 2024.

At the “Travel + Leisure” Luxury Awards Asia Pacific 2024 announced in mid-June in Bangkok, Galaxy Macau’s properties and hotel management teams garnered 14 awards, topping four major categories. These included Galaxy Macau being named “Best Integrated Resorts in Asia Pacific”, Banyan Tree Spa Macau taking home “Best Hotel Spa in Macau” for two consecutive years, Grand Resort Deck (Galaxy Macau) securing “Best Hotel Pool in Macau” and Saurabh Mishra, Vice President of Hotel Operations at Galaxy Hotel, being recognized among “Best Hotel General Managers in Macau” for the second consecutive year.

Galaxy Macau’s luxury hotel brands, including Galaxy Hotel, Andaz Macau and Banyan Tree Macau, ranked highly in the “Best Hotels in Macau” category. Additionally, Joanne Chan, General Manager of Banyan Tree Macau, and David D’Alessandro, General Manager of Hotel Okura Macau, placed in the top five for the “Best Hotel General Managers in Macau” award. Raffles at Galaxy Macau also won accolades for the “Best Hotel Pools” in the Macau category for the first time.

The “Travel + Leisure” Luxury Awards Asia Pacific are organized by the Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Macau editions of the American travel magazine Travel + Leisure. The awards are selected based on strict scoring by readers and experts on various aspects, including location, facilities, dining, service and price.
