GEG supports double celebration events through its Venue Partnership Pilot Program

  • GEG commemorates the Double Celebrations via support for various cultural celebrations.

This year marks the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China and the 25th anniversary of Macau’s return to China. Galaxy Entertainment Group has supported multiple celebration events held at the Broadway Theatre of Broadway Macau through its “GEG Venue Partnership Pilot Program”.

The events include the “’Have a Date with the Motherland’ Celebration of the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China and the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the Macao Special Administrative Region Performance” themed performance, organized by the Guangzhou Overseas Friendship Association, the Macau Federation of Guangzhou Association, and the Hong Kong Federation of Guangzhou Association; the “Art and Cultural Performance of the Federation of Trade Unions” organized by the Guangdong General Labor Union and the Macao Federation of Trade Unions; and the “2024 Patriotic Carnival” organized by the Women’s General Association of Macau.

With impressive performances and a strong patriotic spirit, the events drew significant attention, with GEG representatives present to celebrate and share in the festive atmosphere.

As a patriotic Chinese-owned company rooted in Macau, GEG is pleased to provide the venue and professional support for organizations and associations from Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau to express their patriotism through song and dance performances, and to promote Chinese culture.

The “GEG Venue Partnership Pilot Program” is dedicated to offering support and technical assistance for various cultural and arts activities at Broadway Macau. Moving forward, GEG will continue to support Macau in its role as a “Base for Exchange and Cooperation where Chinese Culture is the Mainstream and Diverse Cultures Coexist”.
