Chef Tam’s Seasons, the Cantonese restaurant located at Wynn Palace, was named one of the “Tatler Best 100 in Asia” at the inaugural “Tatler Best” awards, held in late November in Bangkok. This recognition places Chef Tam’s Seasons among Asia’s top 100 restaurants, a testament to its culinary offerings.
Executive Chef Tam Kwok Fung dazzled diners at the “Tatler Best of Asia Takeover” event on 25 November in Bangkok, presenting a selection of exquisite Cantonese dishes. His culinary artistry captivated the audience, promoting the richness of Chinese cuisine while fostering meaningful exchanges between Macau and the wider Asian dining community.
Wynn remarked that since its launch in 2023, Chef Tam’s Seasons, led by the Cantonese culinary virtuoso, has exemplified the company’s commitment to exceptional dining experiences. This achievement further strengthens Macau’s reputation as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.
In addition, three Wynn restaurants and two executive chefs were recognized at the Best Restaurant Awards 2024, hosted by 橄欖畫報 (Gan Lan Hua Bao), a leading culinary media outlet in China. Chef Tam’s Seasons was honored as the Best Cantonese Cuisine Restaurant, Lakeview Palace received the Best Specialty Restaurant and Drunken Fish was awarded the Best New Restaurant.
Executive Chef Tam Kwok Fung was also bestowed the Outstanding Contribution Award, while Chef Frankie Tang, Executive Chef of Chinese Cuisine at Wynn Palace, was named the Authoritative Chef of the year.
