Galaxy Entertainment Group (GEG) has announced it will grant a 2024 discretionary bonus equivalent to one month’s salary to team members at the rank of senior manager and below.
The bonus, which includes the basic monthly salary and guaranteed tips (where applicable), will be distributed on 22 January 2025, benefiting approximately 97% of GEG’s team members.
GEG expressed gratitude for the collective efforts of its team over the past year, stating that since 2023 the group has hosted over 700 entertainment performances, cultural activities, sports events and conferences. It also noted that the company’s Galaxy Macau integrated resort has consistently earned eight Five-Star ratings in the Forbes Travel Guide, making it the integrated resort with the most Forbes Five-Star hotels globally. Additionally, GEG received the “Best Integrated Resort” award at the 2024 IAG Academy IR Awards, its the second consecutive year, reflecting the team’s unwavering dedication and exceptional achievements.
GEG said it recognizes its team members as the company’s most valuable assets, and remains committed to providing diverse career development and training opportunities for its employees.
