Several restaurants under SJM Resorts have recently secured spots on prestigious culinary rankings, highlighting their exceptional quality and global reputation.
In the 2025 edition of France’s renowned restaurant guide La Liste, which ranks the world’s top 1,000 restaurants, Robuchon au Dôme at Grand Lisboa Macau achieved an outstanding score of 99, ranking as Macau’s top restaurant. The Eight at Grand Lisboa Macau and Palace Garden at Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau also earned places on the list, further solidifying SJM’s status in the global culinary arena.
La Liste, established in Paris in 2015, evaluates over 35,000 restaurants across more than 200 countries and regions. Its rankings are widely regarded as a global authority in the dining world.
Additionally, six SJM restaurants were celebrated at the recent “2024 Golden Phoenix Tree China Restaurant Guide Awards Ceremony”, organized by Phoenix Media.
Notably, Palace Garden achieved the highest honor of a three-star rating. Robuchon au Dôme and Don Alfonso 1890 each earned two stars, while The Eight, Hua Ting and Zuicho received one-star recognition.
The Golden Phoenix Tree China Restaurant Guide employs a meticulous evaluation process, including nominations by its executive committee and advisory board, anonymous field assessments and final scoring. The awards ceremony reveals its highly anticipated list of star-rated restaurants, underscoring the guide’s credibility and professionalism.
