In the recently unveiled 2025 Black Pearl Restaurant Guide, Melco Resorts & Entertainment announced that its restaurants have collectively garnered a total of six diamonds.

Jade Dragon, the premium Cantonese restaurant at City of Dreams, secured the coveted three-diamond accolade for the sixth consecutive year, maintaining its status as the only three-diamond Chinese restaurant in Macau. Combining globally sourced fresh ingredients with local delicacies and innovative craftsmanship, Jade Dragon delivers an extraordinary multi-sensory dining experience enhanced by its opulent décor and impeccable personalized service.

Also at City of Dreams, the contemporary Chinese restaurant Yí has maintained its one-diamond rating for six straight years. Located on the 21st-floor Sky Bridge of Morpheus, Yí features a seasonal tasting menu inspired by the 24 Solar Terms of the Traditional Chinese calendar. This innovative approach highlights the essence of Chinese cuisine, with a focus on seasonality and health.

Both Alain Ducasse at Morpheus and Sushi Kinetsu have each retained their one-diamond recognition for the second consecutive year. Alain Ducasse at Morpheus reimagines French fine dining with a modern twist, presenting exquisite dishes crafted from the finest seasonal ingredients sourced from top origins. Sushi Kinetsu, located at City of Dreams, specializes in authentic Edomae sushi, offering the purest Japanese flavors prepared with precision by master chefs in an elegant, serene setting.
