Galaxy Macau and FIA sign three-year partnership agreement to become official partner and venue of annual FIA Conference in both 2026 and 2027

  • Galaxy Macau and the FIA have signed a three-year strategic partnership under which Galaxy Macau will serve as official partner and be the venue for FIA meetings for the next two years.
  • The 2025 FIA Conference took place at the Galaxy International Convention Center from 10 to 12 June.

Following the successful conclusion of the first-ever 2025 Extraordinary General Assemblies meeting and the Conference of the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA) held in Macau, Galaxy Macau and the FIA have signed a three-year strategic partnership, designating Galaxy Macau as the official partner of the FIA and venue host for the FIA Annual Conference in both 2026 and 2027.

The 2025 FIA Conference took place from 10 to 12 June at the Galaxy International Convention Center (GICC), with 446 senior FIA delegates from 198 member organizations across 139 countries in attendance. Over the course of three days, the conference covered topics related to the industry, including safety and sustainability in motorsports, regional and global perspectives and artificial intelligence and data analytics in mobility.

Mohammed Ben Sulayem, FIA President, said that the visit to Macau was inspiring and truly productive.

“This annual conference is an opportunity for us to bring members together from across our global federation and I am delighted we have been able to host them in such an exceptional venue,” he said. “My thanks to Galaxy Macau and I look forward to our continued partnership.”

The collaboration between Galaxy Macau and the FIA demonstrates Galaxy Macau’s continued commitment to responding to the Macao SAR Government’s initiatives for moderate diversification strategies such as “Tourism + MICE” and “Tourism + Sports” by introducing renowned international events to reinforce Macau’s international appeal as a tourism destination.
