Melco Resorts & Entertainment recently participated in the “Hubei-Wuhan-Macau week”, an event organized by the Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO) and held from September 5 to 8.
Melco said that, in support of the SAR Government’s aims to expand tourism in Macau, it actively promotes Macau’s “tourism+” elements to potential clientele from the Chinese mainland, further expanding the mainland tourist market.
The mega roadshow took place over four days at Wuhan Customs House Square in Wuhan City of Hubei Province. At its customized booth, Melco presented key attractions from its integrated resorts City of Dreams and Studio City, presenting their rich and diverse tourism offerings and alluring visitors with the properties’ unparalleled experiences.
Bringing to life the essence of its once-in-a-lifetime must-see aquatic show House of Dancing Water, visitors were provided an exclusive sneak peek of the fascinating visual spectacle and vitality of this epic experience as Melco demonstrated its “tourism+” integration initiative.
The Melco booth also showcased Morpheus, winner of UNESCO’s global architecture and design award; the “Prix Versailles”, which was also honored as one of the world’s most beautiful hotels; “Studio City Water Park”, Macau’s largest all-weather water park with a water roller coaster and multiple thrilling waterslides; and Melco’s series of MICHELIN-starred and Black Pearl Diamond-rated restaurants.
To enhance the booth’s appeal and encourage visitors to experience Macau, the event also featured music and dance performances, exclusive giveaways, plus entertainment, dining and hotel accommodation packages from Melco.
