- Two MGM Chinese restaurants earn spot on SCMP’s Top 100 Tables list.
- For fourth consecutive year, Imperial Court and Five Foot Road honored with prestigious listing, exemplifying MGM’s culinary finesse.
Two of MGM’s signature Chinese restaurants have again earned a spot on the South China Morning Post’s prestigious Top 100 Tables 2026 restaurant guide.
MGM MACAU’s Imperial Court and MGM COTAI’s Five Foot Road both made the top 100 listing for the fourth consecutive year, having been selected by a panel of food critics and industry experts.

Imperial Court earned the placement due to its authentic traditional Lingnan Guangfu cuisine, with a modern twist – guided by Homan Tsui, MGM’s Executive Chef. The chef’s strong focus on seasonality and the natural flavors of the ingredients compliments meticulous craftmanship, particularly in a dish such as Crispy Chicken Skin with Shrimp Mousse and Salted Fish Flakes.

MGM COTAI’s Five Foot Road was hailed by the expert panel for its immersive Sichuan fine dining experience, characterized by ritual, depth, and flavor complexity. The sensory experience is completed by design evoking the unique landscapes of Sichuan – tantalizing the senses as nuanced taste parallels the spice and natural heat of the dishes. Executive Sous Chef Yang Dengquan brings over four decades of experience to the plate, mastering Sichuan’s 24 flavor profiles to refine classic dishes. The handcrafted Stewed Bird’s Nest with Minced Chicken and Egg White in Bouillon is particularly acclaimed by gourmands.
The placement on SCMP’s 100 Top Tables, now in its 14th edition, affirms MGM’s strength and refinement of Chinese culinary offerings, serving guests exquisite dining experiences across both MGM MACAU and MGM COTAI.
