Sands China recently celebrated long-serving employees with appreciation ceremonies for more than 4,000 team members marking their 10th, 15th and 20th service anniversaries, praising their professionalism and dedicated service over the years.

This year, approximately 1,300 team members are celebrating 20 years of service, around 1,700 are marking their 15th anniversary and nearly 1,100 are reaching 10 years of service.

Sands China presented each long-serving team member with a trophy, commemorative certificate and gifts in appreciation of their years of contribution and commitment. In 2026, the cumulative number of team members with 10 or more years of service will reach nearly 15,000, accounting for more than half of the company’s total workforce.

Executive Vice Chairman Dr Wilfred Wong said, “Sands China has been deeply rooted in Macau for more than two decades. From an initial workforce of 4,600 at the beginning of our operations, we have grown into a family of over 28,000 team members, more than half of whom have served for 10 years or more. On behalf of the company, I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to all long-serving team members. Looking ahead, I hope we will continue to move forward together and scale new heights.”
