Sands China continues to place employee well-being at the forefront, hosting the sixth edition of its annual wellness promotion initiative “Happy 360 Month” at The Venetian Macao, The Parisian Macao, The Londoner Macao and Sands Macao from 2 to 26 June.
The event attracted more than 7,000 participants, with this year’s program introducing an AI health assessment experience, combining technology with health education to enhance employees’ awareness of personal health and preventive care.
“Happy 360 Month” is themed around the 5S Model for emotions: Stop Negative Thinking, Self-Questioning, Self-Pep Talk, Stay Attentive to Body Responses, and Shuffle Your Thoughts. The model encourages employees to recognize emotional changes through simple methods and make timely adjustments to their thinking and pace of life.
During the initiative, Sands China organized 16 themed roadshows in the heart-of-house areas of its properties. The activities covered topics including positive mindset, understanding health concerns, health and happiness index tests, and emotional guidance.
As part of the wellness event, Sands China introduced an AI Tongue Image Analyzer Station for the first time this year. Using artificial intelligence image analysis technology, the station provided employees with real-time health reference data, helping promote the concept of “prevention is better than cure” in health management. Besides the roadshows, the program also featured three seminars and workshops on hearing care, emotional relief, and physical and mental relaxation, with professionals sharing practical health knowledge.
