Orbis Macau street sale sees nearly 6,000 tickets sold

Orbis Macau, a strategic partner of Macau CSR, held a street sale at Pui Ching Middle School and the KHG Macau store at Taipa Nova Mall to help boost their annual raffle charity sale in early June. More than 80 volunteers came to support the street sale and sold nearly 6,000 charity tickets.

Orbis expects to use the funds raised to help improve ophthalmology medical technology and systems in impoverished areas, improving outcomes for local eye diseases in the long term, and helping children with eye diseases regain their vision.

This year Orbis will hold their raffle charity sale fundraising from 28 April to 30 June. Each lottery ticket is priced at MOP$10, and more than 90% of the proceeds will be donated to the global fight against blindness for visually impaired children. The lucky draw prizes include 95 sponsored gifts with a total value of more than MOP$425,000. Amongst the prizes are luxury hotel experiences, credit card expenditure allowances, electrical appliances and air tickets.
