Sands China recently wrapped up its annual “Amazing Summer 2024” campaign, held throughout July and August, which offered a series of family-friendly activities for employees and their loved ones.

The event series, part of Sands China’s commitment to employee well-being and work-life balance, attracted around 600 participants this year. Over the past seven years, more than 3,300 employees and family members have taken part.

This year’s activities included the “Sands China Summer Fair,” “Little Artist,” “Little Scientist,” “Shine Like a Star” and more, providing diverse and engaging experiences for families.

Sands China team member Viana Cheang expressed her appreciation for the event, noting that painting tents and enjoying a picnic with her children at Le Jardin was a fun and memorable experience. She shared that her children thoroughly enjoyed the activities, and said she valued the opportunity for quality family time. Cheang also expressed her hope that the company would continue to organize similar family-friendly activities every summer.

“At Sands China, we consider team members our most valuable asset,” said Dr Wilfred Wong, Executive Vice Chairman of Sands China Ltd. “We place a strong emphasis on their mental and physical well-being and actively promote their work-life balance. “We are delighted by the positive reception of the Amazing Summer campaign among our team members, and it is a pleasure to be able to offer this parent-child activity series for seven years running. Our thanks go to all team members who participated and to our dedicated human resources team for the hard work they put in to make it happen.”
