• Now in its sixth year, the activity has attracted over 22,000 participants.

Melco recently held a launch ceremony for “Occupational Safety and Health Month 2025” themed “Healthy Work Culture, Together We Create”. The company said it continues to strengthen its stringent occupational safety and health (OSH) standards and promote the benefits and importance of an OSH culture.

Key activities during the month included the annual “Health and Safety You Should Know” promotional event, co-organized by Melco and the Labour Affairs Bureau (DSAL). Now in its sixth year, this activity aims to raise awareness among colleagues about OSH and overall personal well-being, and has attracted over 22,000 participants to date.

The launch ceremony featured stretching exercises, physical fitness tests and safety knowledge quiz competitions, inviting guests and colleagues to participate. The event also recognized colleagues for their exemplary OSH knowledge and performance through awards for Workplace Wellness, Departmental Outstanding Safety Performance, OSH Committee Services, Online Safety Quiz Winners and OSH Hazard Identification. Winners also included those who took part in a Physical Fitness Test Contest and an OSH Quiz Competition.
