- The cocktail measured 793.985 liters while adhering to the classic 1:1:1 ratio of gin, Campari and vermouth.
Wynn Resorts (Macau) Limited has achieved another milestone as its Wynn Palace property’s Wing Lei Bar successfully challenged and broke the Guinness World Record for “World’s Largest Negroni Cocktail” on 18 September. The cocktail measured 793.985 liters.
The challenge was conducted under the supervision of an official Guinness World Records adjudicator, with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and True Park Engineering acting as witnesses. This colossal Negroni adhered to the classic 1:1:1 ratio, blending 1,080 bottles of gin, Campari and Vermouth Rosso to faithfully recreate the signature flavor profile.
To commemorate this historic occasion, Wynn has bottled this record-breaking Negroni cocktail and will be sharing it with guests throughout September at Wynn Macau, Wynn Palace and Wing Lei Bar. The event also aligns with the charitable initiative “Negroni Week”, launched by Imbibe magazine and Campari, blending classic mixology culture with social responsibility.
At the launch ceremony, Linda Chen, President, Vice Chairman and Executive Director of Wynn Macau, Limited; Frederic Luvisutto, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director; Craig Fullalove, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer; Zoe Zou, Chief Marketing Officer of Resort Marketing; Wilson Ning, Chief Marketing Officer of Casino Marketing; Jean-Marc Dizerens, Senior Vice President of Food & Beverage of Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace; and Mark Lloyd, Head Mixologist at Wing Lei Bar, witnessed the creation of the colossal Negroni and raised their glasses in celebration.
Wynn said the pioneering initiative not only showcases its commitment to culinary creativity and mixology craftsmanship but also aligns with Macau’s development positioning as a “Creative City of Gastronomy”, further enhancing the city’s international culinary cultural image.
