Held under the theme “Mutual Growth, Construction and Integration: Cultural and Artistic Innovation and Development of Greater Bay Area in the New Era”, the summit was patronage of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles (CFLAC) and the Secretariat for Social Affairs and Culture of Macao, and organized by the Guangdong Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the Federation of Associations of Cultural Sectors of Macau.

Attendees included Zhang Zheng, Secretary of Party Leadership Group, Vice President and Member of the Secretariat of CFLAC; Hu Jingjun, member of the Standing Committee and Head of the Publicity Department of the Guangdong CPC Provincial Committee; alongside government and cultural federation representatives from the Greater Bay Area’s “9+2” cities.
