  • Wynn hosted events in Beijing and Shanghai to kick off the Wynn Signature Chinese Wine Awards 2026.
  • Entering its third year, the Awards continue to champion the philosophy of “International Standards, Chinese Ingenuity”.

Organized by Wynn Signature, Wynn’s exclusive high-end lifestyle brand, the Wynn Signature Chinese Wine Awards 2026 have officially launched. To strengthen engagement and visibility, Wynn recently hosted promotional events in both Beijing and Shanghai, inviting leading wineries from across China to participate. The initiative aims to highlight the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of Chinese wines and to promote their presence on the global stage.

On 26 September, a launch dinner took place at GUI TEMPLE, a landmark restaurant on Beijing’s Central Axis. The event brought together winery representatives, winemakers and industry leaders. Guests engaged in discussions about the competition’s framework, brand development and the future of China’s wine industry.

More recently, on 11 November, a Relay Dinner was held in Shanghai, where more than 100 industry guests gathered. A tasting session featured over 70 premium wines from 51 Chinese wineries, showcasing the richness of China’s terroirs. The following day, Wynn partnered with ProWine Shanghai 2025 and Zhijiu Studio to host a masterclass highlighting regional characteristics of the Shangri-La Plateau and the awards’ evolution, further enhancing Chinese wines’ international recognition.

Since debuting in 2024, the awards have established a reputable platform grounded in international judging standards and professional transparency. The 2025 edition attracted nearly 200 wineries and 900 wine entries, with 27 international experts forming the judging panel. Following the ceremony, Wynn launched a global promotion program, which includes organizing tasting events with 67 Pall Mall in Singapore and Hong Kong and collaborating with Watson’s Wine to introduce winning wines to broader audiences. These initiatives achieved significant commercial success, reflecting growing market appreciation for Chinese wines.

Entering its third year in 2026, the Wynn Signature Chinese Wine Awards has expressed its goal of continuing to uphold the guiding philosophy of “International Standards, Chinese Ingenuity”.
