The highly anticipated 2025 MGM Macau Tennis Masters took place on 27 and 28 December, with MGM curating a dynamic line-up of on- and off-court activities – offering fans a more immersive and multi-dimensional tournament experience.

Ahead of the main event, six tennis stars arrived in Macau and appeared at the Players Arrival Press Conference on 26 December at MGM COTAI, officially kicking off a festive weekend of tennis celebrations.
On 27 December, MGM began the day with a special sharing session titled “Four Voices, One Court”, held at the Fantasy Box at MGM MACAU. The session brought together Grand Slam champion Li Na, International Tennis Hall of Famer Conchita Martínez and Filipino rising star Alexandra Eala for their first-ever cross-generational on-stage dialogue. The event was moderated by former Hong Kong Olympian Robyn Lamsam.

During the conversation, the speakers reflected on what first inspired them to pursue tennis and expanded the discussion to include the challenges of professional careers, the influence of women in sport and the ongoing process of self-reinvention beyond the court. Li Na highlighted the importance of maintaining a champion’s mindset both on and off the court, encouraging young people to be brave and stay true to themselves.

Beyond the matches, MGM also created a wide range of interactive fan experiences. Two autograph sessions were scheduled daily and spectators had the opportunity to unlock exclusive activities and win once-in-a-lifetime benefits such as stepping onto the court to join the Captains Challenge, serving as a guest for the pre-match coin toss and photo opportunities.
Through hosting a diverse portfolio of major sporting events, MGM continues to support Macau’s vision of becoming a “City of Sports” while also advancing its integrated development under the “Tourism+” strategy.
