SJM Resorts, S.A. and its parent company, Sociedade de Turismo e Diversões de Macau, S.A. (STDM), have achieved a total of nine diamonds across five awarded restaurants in the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide 2026, retaining the top position in the Hong Kong and Macau region.

A legacy of culinary distinction
Daisy Ho, Managing Director of SJM, said, “Leading the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide 2026 with the highest number of top-rated restaurants and diamond distinctions in Hong Kong and Macau is a testament to SJM’s culinary leadership and our relentless pursuit of excellence. From the region’s only three-diamond Western restaurant to our distinguished two-diamond Chinese establishment, we are honored to be acknowledged by discerning diners across Greater China as the ultimate gastronomic destination in this UNESCO City of Gastronomy of Macau – where heritage, innovation and mastery converge at the highest level.”
Three diamond glory reigns again
Leading the group’s illustrious list is Robuchon au Dôme at Grand Lisboa Macau, which has once again been honored with the highest three diamond distinction. Notably, it remains the only Western restaurant to hold the coveted three diamond status in both Hong Kong and Macau for eight consecutive years. This recognition reaffirms the restaurant’s status as one of the region’s most celebrated dining destinations, defining the pinnacle of haute cuisine and world class dining in Macau.

Unrivalled excellence in Macau
The group’s mastery of Chinese culinary arts continues to be celebrated at the highest level. The Eight, the renowned Cantonese fine-dining establishment at Grand Lisboa Macau, garnered a two-diamond rating, further establishing Grand Lisboa Macau as the city’s top destination for acclaimed dining excellence. Building on SJM’s success, the luxurious Palace Garden at Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau has maintained its one diamond status, showcasing the splendor of Taishi cuisine to the Greater China audience.
Celebrating heritage and diversity
Guincho a Galera at Hotel Lisboa, operated under STDM – the parent company of SJM – continues to exemplify Macau’s unique blend of Chinese and Portuguese cultural heritage through its refined Portuguese fine cuisine. The restaurant has retained its one diamond accolade, remaining the only Portuguese fine dining establishment in Hong Kong and Macau to be recognized by the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide 2026.
Robuchon au Dôme remains the only Western restaurant to hold three diamond status in Hong Kong or Macau for eight consecutive years.
Further enriching the group’s diverse culinary portfolio, L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon – under STDM at Landmark Hong Kong – has once again been honored with a prestigious two-diamond rating. This achievement highlights the group’s dedication to preserving the legacy of French fine cuisine and reinforces its cross-regional excellence in delivering world-class dining experiences.
