Wing Lei Bar at Wynn Palace has recently undergone a comprehensive upgrade, encompassing its appearance, atmosphere, hospitality approach and beverage program. Wynn said the brand enhancement further exemplifies its curated hospitality ethos, positioning the bar as a trailblazer for unforgettable experiences in the cocktail world.

Head Mixologist Mark Lloyd

The new menu, launched on 12 March, features 12 innovative takes on classic cocktails, categorized into Sours, Stirred, Classics and Alternatini. Head Mixologist Mark Lloyd has also introduced a signature four-question personalized approach, crafting personalized drinks tailored to guests’ preferences, offering an exclusive tasting journey.

Adhering to the spirit of personality-driven mixology, Lloyd leverages his expertise in industrial chemistry and distilling, steadfastly employing traditional infusion and distillation techniques. He creatively repurposes diverse gastronomic ingredients, incorporating elements like char siu off-cuts and avocado peels into cocktails, delivering a surprising array of beverages that embody Wing Lei Bar’s distinctive hospitality essence.

Stirred – Cola Cube

To further enhance its offerings, Wing Lei Bar announced the launch of its culinary-inspired cocktail guest shift series in 2025. The inaugural event kicks off on 13 March, featuring Shanghai’s legendary bar, Union Trading Company – ranked 48th in the World’s 50 Best Bars 2021. Drawing inspiration from Shanghai street ingredients and authentic flavors, their skilled bartender transforms culinary artistry into meticulously crafted cocktails.

Sours – Toronto Sour

Wynn also announced that in 2025, it will continue to present a series of highly anticipated guest events, including collaborations with Bar Us (ranked 41st in the World’s 50 Best Bars 2024), Laowai (recognized as Best New Bar in Canada’s 100 Best Bars 2022), Pine & Co (ranked 50th in Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2024) and Mostly Harmless (ranked 45th in Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2024).

In July, Wynn will welcome several internationally acclaimed mixologists making their debut appearances in Asia, with related announcements to come.
