Between March and June 2025, SJM Resorts, S.A. organized a diverse range of community initiatives spanning cultural preservation, patriotic education, social care, economic diversification and more.
The initiatives included the “SJM Macao International Dragon Boat Races” in collaboration with the Sports Bureau of the Macao SAR Government and the Dragon Boat Association of Macao, China. A large-scale carnival was organized along the coastal area of Nam Van Lake Nautical Centre and Anim’Arte NAM VAN, providing a valuable promotional platform for local SMEs and NGOs (Non-Governmental Organizations).

SJM has long supported the “The Feast of the Drunken Dragon” and continued to serve as the main sponsor this year – dispatching the company’s volunteer team to assist in distributing longevity rice at the event venue and actively participating in the inheritance and development of this precious national intangible cultural heritage through the “tourism + culture” approach. This strategy aims to inject fresh vitality into traditional festivities while showcasing Macau’s cultural appeal to visitors from around the world.
Supported by the Federal General Commercial Association of Macau Small and Medium Enterprises, SJM also hosted the “SJM SME Institution Cyber Security Workshop and Business Matching 2025” at The Grand Ballroom of Grand Lisboa Macau.
