Galaxy Entertainment Group (GEG) announced that it will grant a discretionary bonus and a salary increase to team members as a heartfelt token of appreciation for their dedication and contributions.
GEG stated that the discretionary bonus will be paid on 9 February 2026. The amount is equivalent to one month of base salary plus guaranteed tips if applicable. The bonus will be awarded to all eligible team members at Senior Manager grade and below. Approximately 97% team members are expected to benefit.
Regarding salary increases, they will take effect commencing in April. For all eligible employees who joined GEG before January 1, 2026, with a monthly base salary and guaranteed tips (if applicable) of MOP16,000 or below, an increment of MOP500 will be awarded, while those eligble employees with a monthly base salary and guaranteed tips (if applicable) above MOP16,000 will receive a 2% salary increase. Approximately 98% of all team members are expected to benefit.
GEG noted that over the past year it has continued to work closely with team members, guided by the “World Class, Asian Heart” philosophy.
