Galaxy Entertainment Group (GEG) is presenting the “ITTF Men’s and Women’s World Cup Macao 2026” for the third consecutive year in 2026, to be held at Galaxy Arena from 30 March to 5 April.

Marking the 100th anniversary of the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF), GEG will join hands with organizers to roll out a series of extension activities and also collaborate with local social service organizations to host table tennis-related community activities, supporting the high-quality development of sports in Macau.
The event is sanctioned by the ITTF, organized by the Sports Bureau, GEG and World Table Tennis Management Group Limited (WTMG), and co-organized by the Macau Table Tennis General Association.
The “ITTF Men’s and Women’s World Cup Macao 2026 Presented by Galaxy Entertainment Group” will bring together 48 male and 48 female elite players to compete for the titles. The world-class lineup includes defending champion of the ITTF Men’s World Cup Hugo Calderano of Brazil and the champion of ITTF Women’s World Cup , Sun Yingsha of China, as well as leading Chinese national team players such as Wang Chuqin, Lin Shidong, Liang Jingkun, Wang Manyu and Chen Xingtong.

Also set to compete are the U19 boys’ and girls’ singles champions of the ITTF World Youth Championships – Ryuusei Kawakami of Japan and Qin Yuxuan of China – along with players who have qualified through the Continental Cups and world rankings.
To celebrate the ITTF’s centenary, GEG said official hospitality experience products will be introduced this year to offer table tennis fans a dedicated spectator experience. In addition, a series of exciting extension activities will be launched to showcase Macau’s appeal of “tourism + sports,” further enriching the city’s positioning as a “World Centre of Tourism and Leisure.”
