Organised by the District Development Promotion Association, the “Fourth 105 Fiesta” will be grandly opened on 1 October at the forecourt of Kang Gong Temple in Macau.

With strong support from the Tourism Fund under the Macau Government Tourism Office, and with full assistance from the Cultural Affairs Bureau, Economic and Technological Development Bureau, and Municipal Affairs Bureau, the eight-day programme will feature a variety of highlights, including immersive interactive theatre, photo-spot installations, artisan markets, street tea terraces, and a consumption lucky draw.

The Fourth 105 Fiesta will put special emphasis on the immersive interactive theatre production Echoes of October Fifth. Using Kang Gong Temple and Tak Sang On Macau—two heritage landmarks—as immersive interactive spaces, the production guides audiences to stroll through the alleys and experience the former splendour of the old streets firsthand.

At the same time, a themed photo-spot exhibition will be set up at the forecourt of Kang Gong Temple. By recreating the look of old neighbourhood streets with nostalgic newspaper layouts and three-dimensional display racks. There will also be the 105 Street Market, bringing together 10 local specialty light bites and cultural and creative brand stalls. At the same venue, a reservation-free “Small Tea Terrace” will be available, offering cold-brew tea, visitors can enjoy the leisurely rhythm of the old streets.
