  • The MoU aims to facilitate exchanges between Macau and Hong Kong, empowering the next generation of leaders through cross-cultural learning and intellectual discourse.

Wynn recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the HKU Business School. Wynn stated that through this collaboration, they aim to bridge the gap between academic theory and practical application, leveraging Macau’s international reputation and Hong Kong’s academic prestige to create a dynamic and innovative educational environment for both regions.

The MoU was signed by Linda Chen, President, Vice Chairman, and Executive Director of Wynn Macau, and Professor Hongbin Cai, Dean of the HKU Business School. The memorandum focuses on faculty and student exchanges, organizing international conferences and seminars in Macau to bring together top scholars, researchers and students from around the world to share insights, establish new connections, enhance academic experiences and promote cultural exchange, thereby fostering the sustainable development of excellence in education.

Linda Chen said, “We are marking a significant milestone in our journey to foster educational exchange and academic collaboration across the Greater Bay Area. By partnering with esteemed academic institutions such as HKU Business School, we aim to bridge the divide between theoretical knowledge and practical application, providing students with real-world experience and nurturing the next generation of industry leaders, contributing to the region’s talent pool and diversified development.”

Wynn expressed hope that the collaboration with HKU Business School would launch the “Wynn Education Tour”, aimed at nurturing and reserving outstanding talent for the future tourism service industry. This initiative will set a new benchmark for cross-disciplinary cooperation between academic education and tourism, reinforcing Macau’s position as a “World Center of Tourism and Leisure” and contributing to the moderate diversification and sustainable development of Macau’s economy.
