Wynn and ATD co-organize Asian Leadership Summit in Macau for second straight year

  • Wynn and ATD hosted the Asia Leadership Summit at Wynn Palace in early April.
  • The companies also signed a three-year strategic partnership.

Wynn and the Association for Talent Development (ATD) jointly organized the “The ATD X Wynn 2025 Asia Leadership Summit” on 2 and 3 April at Wynn Palace. The event attracted over 200 senior executives and experts from the Asia-Pacific region to discuss the trends of talent development and leadership in the era of artificial intelligence.

Themed “Leading Through Change: Bridging Technology and Human Capital”, the summit was supported by the Macau SAR Government’s Commerce and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM), Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO) and the Education and Youth Development Bureau (DSEDJ).

During the summit, Wynn and ATD signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to launch a three-year strategic partnership. At the same time, ATD presented Wynn with the “ATD Global Strategic Partner Award” in recognition of its contribution to global talent development.

President, Vice Chairman and Executive Director of Wynn Macau, Limited, Linda Chen, said, “Wynn is pleased to collaborate with ATD to organize the Asian Leadership Summit in Macau for the second consecutive year, to actively promote the development of global talent and to leverage Macau’s strengths in connecting with the international market as a high point for nurturing globally competitive talent.

ATD Global Senior Director, Dr Wang Wei, said, “ATD and Wynn will continue to collaborate in the area of talent development and bring more international talent development resources to Macau, furthering their mutual commitment to lead the development of talent in the Greater Bay Area and globally.”

As an international hotel company based in Macau, Wynn said it continues to use its international resources to promote the upgrading and diversification of Macau’s industries, help build an international exchange platform and consolidate its position as a benchmark for professional talent cultivation.

GEG supports Grand Thought Think Tank inauguration ceremony and seminar

On September 12, the swearing-in ceremony for the fourth-term governing bodies of the Grand Thought Think Tank, along with a seminar titled “New Opportunities and Pathways for Macau’s Development under the New Blueprint of the 15th Five-Year Plan”, was held at Banyan Tree Macau. Organized by Grand Thought Think Tank with partial funding from the Macao Foundation, the event received GEG’s venue support through the “GEG Venue Partnership Pilot Program”. Around 180 representatives from various sectors, organizations, and higher education institutions attended to discuss Macau’s future development opportunities.
