GEG organizes team members to visit the National Security Education Exhibition

  • GEG organized its team members to visit the National Security Education Exhibition on the first public day of opening.
  • GEG also presented screenings of the national security-themed film “Scare Out” in different formats.

Galaxy Entertainment Group (GEG) continues to support the “National Security Education Exhibition,” jointly organized by the Macao SAR Government and the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the Macau SAR.

On the exhibition’s first public opening day, GEG organized team members to visit the exhibition to enhance their awareness of national security and to promote patriotism and love for Macau.

This year’s exhibition is themed “Coordinating Development and Security, Safeguarding the New Journey of the 15th Five-Year Plan”, presenting the practical achievements of the country and Macau in balancing development with security through informative panels, multimedia displays and interactive experiences.

Guided by a docent and supported by audio guides, GEG team members gained deeper understanding of the significance of safeguarding national security in protecting people’s livelihood and social stability. To broaden the reach of national security education, GEG presented screenings of the film “Scare Out” at Galaxy Cinemas during the exhibition period. One session was co-organized by GEG and the Friendship Association of Macao Members of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), with CPPCC members invited to attend. In addition, GEG sponsored the venue for another screening jointly organized by the Jinan University Macao Alumni Association, the General Association of Macau Foshan Associations, and Grand Thought Think Tank. GEG hopes that the screenings will help enhance the awareness of national security among the wider community in diverse ways.

Meanwhile, GEG is also promoting the exhibition’s key highlights through its employee mobile application “GEG Buzz,” encouraging team members to continue learning.

Over the years, GEG has promoted national education through its “GEG National Education Series,” including organizing an annual sharing session on the spirit of the NPC and CPPCC sessions, which this year attracted over 800 team members and students.
