Orbis Macau is once again launching its major annual fundraising campaign, the “Orbis Raffle 2026,” which will run until 30 June. The campaign aims to raise funds for blindness prevention and treatment for children living in regions around the world where eye care resources are scarce, in support of pediatric ophthalmology programs and medical training.
Each raffle ticket is priced at MOP10. While supporting a meaningful cause, members of the public will also have the chance to enter the lucky draw and win prizes including hotel stays, dining vouchers, travel experiences, electronic products, cash coupons, and boarding passes for the “2026 Orbis Flying Eye Hospital – Macau Program’s Goodwill Tour.”

Marking the 20th anniversary of Orbis Macau, the Flying Eye Hospital will return to Macau after a 10-year absence, bringing with it commemorative programs and ophthalmic simulation training courses.
In addition, Orbis will hold street charity sales and promotional activities on 31 May, 6 June, and 7 June at The Affiliated School of the University of Macau (AFSUM), Lou Hau High School, Macau (Kindergarten Section), and Pui Ching Middle School, respectively. Promotional booths will also be set up on site to share eye care knowledge and introduce Orbis’s global blindness prevention work, with the hope of joining hands with the community to brighten the future for children with eye diseases.
Orbis noted that around 90 million children and adolescents worldwide are currently affected by vision problems, and about 90% of them live in low- and middle-income areas with limited medical resources. With early diagnosis and timely treatment, many cases of avoidable vision loss can be improved.
