Macau CSR, the first media brand dedicated to highlighting Macau’s many CSR and economic diversification initiatives, has launched a dedicated Facebook page, which can be found here.

Designed primarily for the benefit of Macau locals, the new Facebook page is mainly in Chinese, with some English where appropriate. It will serve as a valuable resource for readers to find all articles produced by the Macau CSR team.

“Macau CSR has already achieved a number of milestones since its launch in January, including production of our first hard-cover encyclopedia-style reference book, increasing our readership, signing strategic partnerships with Macau community organizations and capturing the attention of the community as we help promote CSR and economic diversification initiatives in Macau,” said Macau CSR Project Director, Rita Pun.

“The creation of our new Facebook page represents yet another important milestone for us, providing an additional platform to share our stories with local residents using their primary language of Chinese, written in traditional characters.

“It is our aim to continue to spread the word about CSR in Macau by expanding our audience through multiple channels.”

Macau CSR is a “one-stop shop” for busy members of Macau society, particularly government officials, to understand the CSR initiatives being executed in Macau, and seeks to engage government departments, NGOs such as Macau associations, as well as Macau industry and the community at large. Macau CSR plans to sign collaboration agreements with major Macau companies and other organizations to help drive its mission of reporting on and raising awareness of Macau CSR initiatives.
