  • Wynn organizes sharing sessions to discuss the spirit of the “Two Sessions” each year.
  • The company aims to give team members an in-depth understanding of the national policy direction.

On 22 March and 5 April, Wynn hosted a “Spirit of the 2024 NPC and CPPCC Sharing Session” and a “Spirit of the Two Sessions Sharing Session for the Macao Youth Industrial and Commercial Sectors” respectively. These were designed to provide insights into the content of this year’s Two Sessions, highlighting key policies and national development content for Wynn team members and other attendees, enabling them to stay abreast of the latest developments and trends in mainland China and around the region.

Wynn senior management members also actively participated in these sessions, leading team members from various departments in preparation and attendance. Simultaneous English interpretation was provided to ensure effective communication with foreign participants. During the interactive sessions, Wynn team members took the opportunity to ask the keynote speakers about the spirit of this year’s Two Sessions, policy directions and their areas of concern.

Both sessions enjoyed strong attendance, with 400 and 500 team members from various departments participating in the two sessions respectively. Both events were broadcast live in full throughout the Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace employee dining rooms and replayed in the back-of-house areas.

Wynn reiterated its commitment to sharing the national development strategy with team members through the lens of the Two Sessions annually. The company aims to reach its nearly 12,000 team members, spanning senior management, administrative teams and frontline team members. These initiatives reflect Wynn’s patriotic dedication to both the nation and the SAR, underscoring the company’s community-focused approach and demonstrating how Wynn is moving forward with its mission as an international company that is deeply rooted in Macau.
