Wynn presents diverse culinary experience via Wynn Guest Chef Dining Series

  • Wynn has invited renowned chefs from around the world to participate in the Wynn Guest Chef Dining Series.
  • The initiative aims to promote Macau’s status as a UNESCO-designated Creative City of Gastronomy.

Starting in July, Wynn has invited a host of renowned chefs from around the world to participate in the Wynn Guest Chef Dining Series. The event brings together top culinary talent from around the globe with Wynn’s award-winning chefs to create a series of gastronomic experiences that span various cuisines and cultures.

The series includes a variety of collaborative events, such as the July events featuring “Chef Tam Kwok Fung of Chef Tam’s Seasons (Macau) x Chef Park Seung-hun of Hansik Goo (Hong Kong)” and “Chef Chan Tak Kwong of Wing Lei (Macau) x Chef Zeng Huaijun of Song Chinese Cuisine (Guangzhou)”.

In August, the series continued with “Chef Henry Zhang Zhi Cheng of Golden Flower (Macau) x Chef Cheung Yik of Oyster Talks (Beijing)” and “Chef Helder Sequeira Amaral of SW Steakhouse (Macau) x Celebrity Chef Bruno Menard (Singapore) x Chef Matthew Leong of RE-NAA (Stavanger)”.

The upcoming September events will feature “Chef Chan Tak Kwong of Wing Lei (Macau) x Chef Li Wei of Ji Pin Court (Shanghai) ” and “Chef Tam Kwok Fung of Chef Tam’s Seasons (Macau) x Chef Wu Rong of Meet the Bund (Shanghai)”, presenting a series of extraordinary culinary experiences.

Wynn said the Wynn Guest Chef Dining Series aims to inspire conversation and innovation as influential chefs from around the world use their combined talents to push the creative boundaries of gastronomy. It provides an ideal platform for culinary talent to exchange knowledge, share culinary traditions and promote the rich culture of regional cuisines.

Additionally, Fontana at Wynn Palace is offering a limited-time menu showcasing authentic Southern Italian cuisine starting in July. The menu features robust flavors from Naples, Puglia, and Sicily, all crafted with fresh ingredients by the Italian chef to bring a true taste of Southern Italy to Macau.

Wynn hopes that these initiatives will further promote Macau’s status as a UNESCO-designated Creative City of Gastronomy, supporting Macao’s diversified development of “Tourism + Gastronomy”.
