In early November, Wynn Palace played host to the “Fourth Macao-Qingdao Twin Cities Beer Culture Festival and Macao-Qingdao Week”, a three-day event held at its Entertainment Event Marquee. The festival showcased a diverse array of beers and featured participation from SMEs from both Macau and Qingdao, aiming to enhance cultural, tourism and trade ties between the two cities.
The festival provided attendees with a broad selection of beers and gourmet foods, set against a backdrop of live music, creating a vibrant and festive atmosphere. Concurrently, the “Qingdao-Macao Economic and Trade Exchange Conference” was held to foster economic, cultural and tourism exchanges and cooperation. The conference explored new industrial development models for both cities and included several signing ceremonies that energized economic development and promoted mutual growth and prosperity.
Linda Chen, President and Vice Chairman of the Board of Wynn Macau, said, “Through this event, we hope to promote mega-events, attract more tourists and further promote the development of the local economy. We also look forward to making this event a platform for bridging future collaborations between companies in Macau and Qingdao, developing more business opportunities, promoting the exchange of cultures and boosting the economic growth of both cities.”
Wynn also highlighted its commitment to aligning with the government’s “1+4” moderate diversification development strategy. By hosting a variety of events, the company aims to attract more visitors to Macau, enrich the cultural and tourism sectors, and deepen the integration of “Tourism+” cross-sectoral collaborations, thereby promoting a diverse and sustainable development of Macau’s tourism industry.
